Accessibility

We make every attempt to make our buildings accessible to all where possible but we are restricted a little by the age of the buildings. We will do all we can help, please do ask.

Mobility

Pedestrian access to the church site is via one of two gates. The gate to the left has a small step but the one to the right provides level access. The gates are wide enough for a wheelchair when both gate-leaves are opened.

The main (West) door of the church has three steps with handrails. The side (South) door gives ramped access, without handrails. For those attending services and functions, wheelchairs may be positioned in the side-aisles or at the East end of the South aisle.

There are no WCs within the church building for those with moblity difficulties, but they are available in the adjacent Pugin Place (generally open during daytime at weekends). This also has level access.

Hearing

An induction loop system is installed in the church for those using hearing-aids.
